Ilyushin IL-76 Airlifter
Designed by Soviet Union’s Ilyushin, this 4-engine turboprop is mainly used to airlift big cargo, military trucks and heavy machinery to some poor areas in USSR. The first plan of Ilyushin is to make it as a commercial freighter in 1967. It is also served as a replacement for the ailing Antonov 12.
Variants are Ilyushin IL-78, Beriev A-50 and KJ-2000.
