Airbus A380, the world’s largest passenger aircraft suffered an uncontained failure in November 4, 2010 and was considered as the first of it’s kind for the A380.

It was considered as the first A380 to be delivered to Qantas that has 4 Rolls-Royce Trent 900 engines. The said A380 was named after Nancy-Bird Walton known as “The Angel of the Outback”, the patron and founder of the Australian Women’s Pilot Association.
